Synagogue
"Psalms of God" is the name of our Shul, which
services all members of the settlement. It's traditions
combine the heritage of different Jewish cultures. Besides
prayer services that take place year-round, there are also
bar-mitzvah's, shevah brachot celebrations, redemptions
of the first born, and more. Holidays such as Purim are
occasions for communal celebration, both religious and social
in nature. Everyone who partakes is more than welcome.
The everyday activities include Torah and [Hagut?] studies
on Wednesday and Saturday nights. There is also a library
that includes books dealing with Judaism and its traditions,
and it is open to all Tal-El residents. A list of books
and tapes will be forthcoming. Coordinate book borrowing
with Shlomo Hus.

Service Times
Friday nights - 15 minutes after candle-lighthing.
Saturday morning - 7:50 AM.
Wednesdays - 8:30PM to 9:30PM (men and women together)
- an interesting and outstanding seminar on Pirkey Avot
given by Yedidia Cohen, a lecturer from Karmiel, thanks
to the initiative of Avraham Ansky. In these seminars, we
study philosophical topics relevant to oneself, one's family
and surrounding community, and one's opinions. It sheds
new light on Judaism from an angle entirely unfamiliar to
most.
